Here's a link to a collection of agroforestry videos at the Biochar Discussion List website. These videos show real world examples of the permaculture concept of vertical crop layering and sustainable farming. Examples are taken from farms at different stages of development so you can get a good idea of how the process works over time. The website is also well worth checking out for all things biochar.
A little over a week ago I posted about the new Huntington Ranch demonstration farm. The Homegrown Evolution blog recently discussed the first symposium at the Ranch. Sounds really interesting -- too bad I couldn't make it. 11/19 Update: also a great post with lots of photos at the Gardenerd blog.
Desertification is an interesting blog that looks at dry land farming and desertification issues around the globe.
Low-tech Magazine features offbeat and fun, albeit infrequently posted, articles. Here's a link to a recent article on the importance of recycling animal and human dung for sustainable farming.
